Beside its primary function and activities on assisting the governmental institutions, NGO's and individuals to maintain familiarity with the Council of Europe standards in many areas of life, the Council of Europe Office in BiH is tasked with informing the public about different activities of the Council of Europe including its publishing. activities.

The Council of Europe Office has a small specialised library which includes mainly works from human rights issues, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, documentation related to the CoE Parliamentary Assembly and Committee of Minister's sessions, as well as its own publications.
Even though not fully operational yet, the library is a part of Webcat-collective catalogue of the Council of Europe libraries, representing the main reference point for information on and about the Council of Europe since 1949.

By the time of its full establishment, the Office staff will remain at your disposal for any relevant quieries.
